Allison has extensive experience working with pharmaceutical and biotech clients on complex projects that have a global reach. Allison leads and manages dedicated project teams assigned to accounts in areas that include: franchise shaping, sales force effectiveness, key account management, product and disease knowledge, talent management and managed health care.

Allison graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree with honors from the University of Guelph and a Masters Degree in Education from the University of Toronto. Allison holds a variety of designations including CTDP and CMP, and is a candidate for the CMC designation. She is also an active volunteer with the Stephen Lewis Foundation: Bridge to Africa Global Training Initiative. In 2009, Allison returned to Africa for a third time to educate and support over 300 people to help rebuild the human infrastructure that has been devastated by HIV/AIDS.

Since her tenure with Metrix Group began, Peppy has worked with pharmaceutical clients, project managing the design and development of blended medical learning solutions in a variety of therapeutic areas such as hematology/oncology, virology, endocrinology, reproductive health and pain management. Project outcomes have included self-study modules, eLearning solutions, reinforcement activities, coaching kits and classroom workshops. Her research expertise facilitates the creation of effective learning materials with comprehensive front end analysis.

Peppy has a Master of Science degree in Biology from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec and also graduated with a Doctor of Medicine degree with Honours from The George Washington Univerity - School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. She has been writing medical and scientific communications for over eight years with publications in pharmaceutical magazines and several peer-reviewed journals.

Jessica Knox has several years of experience as a performance consultant with expertise in sales force effectiveness. She has worked on many large-scale consulting and development projects in Canadian, US and global pharmaceutical markets and has been leading and managing these projects for over a year. Jessica’s diligence in managing large-scale projects with aplomb and her incredible creativity in design, development and implementation have significantly enhanced client relationships and delivered results on extremely complex projects.

Jessica received her Masters of Science in biochemistry from the University of California, Riverside, and since then has been working exclusively with pharmaceutical clients on a range of projects primarily targeted to the sales force. Her background in science combined with her experience in designing learner-centric performance solutions results in curricula with consistently integrated therapeutic excellence.

Shari brings over 17 years experience from the corporate environment in sales, facilitation, coaching and HR consulting. Her strong combination of passion and experience at both the sales and senior manager level provide a strong combination for providing value to clients.

Shari’s specialties include sales management coaching in the areas of leadership, performance management, talent planning and team effectiveness. Robin has more than 10 years experience developing corporate learning content and instructional design tools for the pharmaceutical, software, telecom, manufacturing and retail industries. Her expertise includes conceptualizing and developing eLearning, experience maps and instructor-led workshops, job aids, software implementation methodology, marketing collateral, promotional materials, knowledge exchange forums and web content.

Robin has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, as well as a Certificate in Technical Writing from York University. She is in the process of completing her Certificate in Adult Training and Development from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto. As an active member of the Canadian Society for Training and Development (CSTD), Robin is working toward the Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) designation.
